- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in Subcontracts or Procurement establishing long term agreements and IDIQs.
- Experience in Subcontracts Administration for complex, large programs
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Able to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written communications skills
- Experience in Industrial Construction
- Experience with Davis Bacon and Service Contract Acts.
- Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) Modernization
- Experience in Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO)
- Experience in International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR)
- Experience in Export Administration Regulation (EAR)
