This role involves leading the wireless strategy and architecture development for enterprise Wi-Fi, Private LTE/5G, and CBRS-based solutions. Lead wireless strategy sessions, assessments, and architecture development Own end-to-end design (HLD/LLD), RF planning, spectrum analysis, standards, and configuration governance Direct delivery of complex deployments and migrations across various environments Drive integration across LAN/WAN, identity (802.1X/EAP-TLS), NAC, security, mobile core, and observability platforms Develop high-quality deliverables and presentations for client engineering teams and senior leaders Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and develop tailored solutions Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership across architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting
