Job Description

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
  • Achievable targets: average 26 billable hours per week
  • Uncapped bonus potential based on billable hours
  • Growth and advancement opportunities through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV
  • Autonomy over your schedule for supervising cases
  • Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing
