We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, React, Next.js, and Nest.js to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers. You’ll have the opportunity to work across the full stack — from developing backend APIs to building intuitive, high-performance front-end interfaces. This is a full-time remote position. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CET Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and Node.js frameworks (Next.js, Nest.js) Build responsive, modular, and maintainable front-end applications using React Architect, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs for client–server communication Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and design efficient data models Perform thorough unit/integration testing and validate code quality prior to QA handoff to ensure stability and reduce defects Leverage AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to improve productivity and code quality Write clean, testable, and reusable code with proper documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features from concept through production release Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and scalability across systems Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers when needed Nice to Have Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance) Experience with customized or trained AI models Familiarity with compliance-related systems Additional experience with cloud services Experience with performance optimization Soft Skills Clear communication and ability to explain technical decisions and tradeoffs Works transparently with the team and shares updates and concerns Flexible and open to adapting when priorities or solutions change Proactive and not afraid to ask questions or clarify requirements Willing to speak up while respecting others’ opinions Ability to work within an established architecture and tech stack Uses AI tools in daily development while reviewing outputs critically Interested?
