- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday across multiple modules, including compensation, benefits, time tracking, and reporting.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills, including creating and leveraging Workday reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing HRIS teams or projects, mentoring staff, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in complex or high-stakes situations.
- Experience designing scalable processes for global collaboration and organizational growth.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal audit requirements.
