Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to QA best practices from design through deployment. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality software efficiently. Establish KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to monitor testing effectiveness, software quality, and continuous improvement. Leverage AI and LLM tools to automate test creation, execution, and reporting. Act as a liaison between QA, Engineering, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
