Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous office and computer experience required
- Strong PC and Internet navigation skills
- Intermediate typing and Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred
- Previous experience with property management, construction and property insurance a plus
- Mortgage servicing and default servicing knowledge and/or experience preferred
- Basic understanding of local laws and ordinances regarding property condition
- The ability to balance productivity and quality for which job performance is measured upon
- The understanding that this role has certain minimum requirements you must meet
- Great Customer Service skills
- Ability to learn new computer programs/applications quickly
- The ability to adapt and accept change
