Job Description

• Continuously plan a high‑volume portfolio of service‑level projects ensuring schedule, scope, and service commitments can be fulfilled by the construction teams. • Serve as a central point of coordination between internal teams (sales, engineering, and delivery) and external stakeholders. • Maintain accurate project tracking, documentation, and reporting within EE’s project and portfolio management systems. • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts within the portfolio and escalate as appropriate. • Support standardization and continuous improvement of portfolio and service delivery processes. • Communicate clearly and consistently regarding project status, priorities, and changes to internal teams and leadership. • Uphold Enabled Energy’s culture, values, and commitment to high‑character teamwork and client service.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in: Engineering (any discipline), or Construction Management, or A related technical or project‑focused field
2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered with demonstrated organizational strength, technical aptitude, and strong communication skills
Project management exposure in engineering, construction, energy, facilities, or technical services environments is a plus
PMP certification preferred, or a clear path toward PMP certification
Strong proficiency with project and portfolio management software
Advanced comfort with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Ability to learn and adopt EE’s internal systems and workflows quickly
Software affinity is mandatory.
