Job Description

The Business Development Manager has the primary role of driving the sales within SCL Education. This role involves: Being the outward face of SCL and the critical first contact for new customers or partners. Clearly relaying the values of the business to ensure the right partners are brought on board. Achieving challenging KPIs and targets. Staying up to date with patterns in consumer and market behavior to optimize commercial performance. Exhibiting commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base and competitive market. Managing external partners and collaborating with numerous internal departments to ensure commercial success.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in managing partnerships and collaborations.
