Job Description

This role offers a rare opportunity to work directly with next‑generation AI platforms, collaborate with elite engineering teams worldwide, and shape cutting‑edge deployments across the U.S. market. The Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as the bridge between U.S. enterprise customers and global engineering/R&D teams, focusing on AI, LLM integration, cloud products, and technical customer success. This is a high‑influence role designed for someone who thrives in both deep technical discussions and customer‑facing engagement. Build strong working relationships with customer engineering, data science, and AI teams Deeply understand customer LLM use cases, architectures, and enterprise AI deployment needs Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for global R&D and product teams Deliver remote or on‑site technical support for AI/LLM and cloud platform deployments Support solution design, architecture planning, POCs, and early deployment troubleshooting Collaborate across time zones with global engineering, product, and business teams

Job Requirements

  • 1–2+ years in IT, cloud computing, enterprise technology, or related engineering fields
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure & architecture
  • AI/LLM platforms and integration workflows
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude, or similar cutting‑edge AI systems
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver hands-on support
  • Experience in BD, Pre‑Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or Solutions Architecture
  • Strong customer communication and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Fast execution, proactive problem solving, and high ownership mindset
  • Comfortable collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones
  • Based in California, United States (U.S. West Coast ideal for global time‑zone alignment)
