We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Booking Operations Coordinator to manage reservations, oversee scheduling logistics, and ensure a seamless booking experience from initial request through final confirmation. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys keeping systems organized, and takes ownership of ensuring every detail is handled accurately and professionally. If you are dependable, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts, this opportunity offers stability and long-term growth potential. Oversee end-to-end booking operations, including reservations, confirmations, and updates Coordinate schedules and manage time-sensitive deadlines Review booking details for accuracy and completeness Communicate with clients to gather required information and provide timely updates Track changes, manage adjustments, and resolve issues proactively Maintain detailed records within established systems and workflows Ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout the entire booking process

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms
  • Customer service, operations, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred (not required)
