Job Description

• Process incoming invoices and related documentation from EMS, FastTrax, or NextWorld systems and email submissions. • Respond to Purchase Order (PO) line inquiries and assist with overflow calls. • Communicate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies or inquiries. • Index invoices into the workflow system and ensure proper event assignment. • Maintain organized and timely processing of invoices to meet deadlines. • Project a positive and professional image of FleetNet America when interacting with internal and external stakeholders. • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED
  • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
  • Strong computer and phone skills, including fast typing, accurate data entry, word processing, and email management
  • Ability to multitask effectively, including talking and typing simultaneously
  • Drug Testing: To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.
