Job Description

• Orchestrate the activation of CenterWell's owned channels—social, email/automation, SMS, portal, and reputation management. • Translate strategic priorities from the Line of Business Digital Activation team into actionable channel plans, workflows, and continuous optimization programs. • Lead integrated channel activation, translating LOB digital strategies into coordinated communication plans across various channels. • Build and manage unified activation workflows, ensuring efficient processes for intake, prioritization, testing, and delivery. • Drive channel optimization, establishing goals, KPIs, testing programs, and continuous improvement frameworks. • Oversee campaign execution, including segmentation, targeting, timing, and performance enhancement. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure communications are accurate and strategically aligned. • Use insights to improve channel efficiency and streamline processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
7+ years in channel marketing, digital activation, or multi-channel communication leadership
3+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional team collaboration
Strong understanding of digital channels—including social, email/automation, SMS, and reputation management—and their performance metrics
Prior experience managing social handles and reputation platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Business, listings management)
Demonstrated success in orchestrating multi-channel activation to support business goals
Experience driving channel optimization, testing agendas, and performance improvements
Proficiency with CRM, analytics tools, and marketing activation platforms
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
