Job Description

The CSC Business Direct Banker works individually and as part of a team to meet and exceed Customer Solution Center and site performance goals. Provides inbound support for Business customers. Profile to facilitate Service to Sales Anticipate customer needs to support first contact resolution Adhere to bank policies and procedures Manage reputational risk by complying with risk standards Exemplify core values every day Cross-sell products while following all regulatory requirements Provide additional customer support to other specialty lines of business when needed Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Goal-oriented sales experience
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers at once
  • Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, including typing, grammar and spelling proficiency
  • Desired candidates will have a strong referral/sales record
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, various internet browsers is a plus
  • Experience with Business Banking customers and knowledge of business services and products is preferred
