Job Description
The Senior EHR Project Manager, Acute Facility Deployments independently manages multiple projects involving OracleHealth EHR, information systems, and database management. This role requires experience with multi-facility design, planning, execution, and oversight of complex initiatives.
Responsible for the technical aspects of project management
Coordinate with departmental and cross-functional teams to deliver expert-level customer support
Possess comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the EHR system, deployments, and ongoing support
Lead projects, manage vendor resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Strong communication skills and adherence to corporate and departmental policies are essential
Essential Functions
Coordinate efforts among multiple stakeholders
Manage expectations of hospital executives and physicians
Collaborate with local medical staff (nurses and technicians)
Engage local technical resources (systems analysts and programmers)
Work closely with vendor support teams
Ensure projects are executed with precision through strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Develop and maintain project management tools and documentation
Document and manage business requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
Facilitate the definition of success metrics to measure project performance and outcomes
Monitor and manage resources, including allocation, utilization, and capacity planning
Maintain scope documentation and ensure scope changes are evaluated, approved, and communicated
Use project management tools to centralize and organize project information
Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes and promote continuous improvement
Develop and deliver clear, concise, and professional communications
Demonstrate adaptability in ambiguous situations
Apply CHS project management methodology and standards
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
Coordinate and maintain all project documentation and communications
Serve as a trusted escalation point for project issues and incidents
Facilitate effective team and stakeholder meetings
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required
- At least 5 years of experience with Acute Facility EHR Implementation required
- At least 3 years of experience with SmartSheet preferred
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project)
- Licenses and Certifications
- PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferred
