• Develop detailed cost and price models for government proposals, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and indirect rates. • Ensure compliance with FAR 15.403 and 15.408 requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data, including preparation and support of required certifications. • Ensures adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and DT Pro policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, compliance, submission, and post-submission updates/revisions. • Ensure all pricing is compliant with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations. • Analyze historical cost data, labor rate structures, and indirect rate forecasts to inform pricing strategies. • Prepare pricing narratives, cost volumes, and supporting documentation for proposal submissions. • Support fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with government contracting officers and DCAA/DCMA. • Collaborate with contracts and legal teams to assess risk and ensure contractual compliance. • Maintain pricing templates, tools, and standard work instructions to improve efficiency and consistency. • Participate in proposal reviews to validate accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance. • Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy. • Support various business management and operations functions.
