• Partner closely with R1 Customer Executives and physician leadership to align operational objectives with practice financial and strategic goals • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to physician executives, practice administrators, and health system leadership • Own all management decisions related to daily physician RCM operations within assigned portfolios • Drive operational excellence across professional billing, charge capture, AR, and denials management • Lead large, multi‑layered teams including Senior Directors, ensuring strong leadership development and continuity • Establish a culture of accountability, performance transparency, and continuous improvement • Build strong partnerships with physician groups to support practice growth, provider satisfaction, and long‑term engagement
