Job Description
• Provide analytical support and operational oversight within a shared services environment
• Analyze data, develop insights, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements in shared services tools
• Serve as administrator for the FreshService ticketing systems and other tools
• Maintain working knowledge of local employment laws and ensure compliance
• Provide recommendations for enhancements to increase efficiency and value
• Own and participate in ad hoc projects that support the broader People team
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR in a people-focused or HR operations role
- Bachelor or Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Creativity and analytical skills to remove obstacles while working collaboratively with others
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient experience with Excel, Google Suite, HRIS
- Ability to analyze and synthesize metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity
