The Senior Business Analyst is a senior level business analysis position and serves as a key subject matter expert for organizing and coordinating strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business team operates. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities and business, functional and technical requirements needed to address business challenges. Liaison with Business Units to gather business, functional, and technical requirements for new initiatives Work with IT Internal Teams to optimize workflow and ensure tasks defined in the project plan are understood and executed Ensure overall compliance with the Enterprise Project Management Office’s (ePMO) project governance framework Function as a key member of a cross-functional team to assist with defining and executing on delivery and implementation plans Create and manage JIRA stories in collaboration with developers throughout the SDLC process Other duties as assigned
