Job Description

Develop and execute short and long term sales and marketing strategies to deliver the revenue and profit results in accordance with the overall business plan for the designated area within the Medical Systems Group. Delegate authority and responsibilities effectively to team of Sales and Marketing to develop, implement and maintain strategies to achieve business goals. Exercise proper guidance and controls to operating plan to optimize revenue and profit. Foster and promote effective customer relations across the healthcare spectrum. Provide leadership to motivate employees at all levels to achieve business goals and fulfill OCA Respiratory and MSG's mission statement.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS, preferably in Physical Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in senior management levels in FDA regulated health care or medical device industries.
  • Extensive experience in managing sales revenue plans and operating expense plans as a key business leader.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic and commercial business plans.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate others.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, which may include international travel at times.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience in Consumable Medical Products.
