Job Description

AO Globe Life is hiring motivated, people-focused professionals to join our mission-driven, fully remote team. This opportunity offers a structured and supportive launch point. Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism Maintain accurate, organized digital records and follow-up communication Deliver high-quality customer service and build lasting client relationships Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs

Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a flexible schedule
  • Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital collaboration tools
  • Motivated by service-driven work and helping others
  • Prior experience in customer service or client relations preferred (not required)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop/PC with webcam
