Job Description

AO Globe Life is actively hiring Remote Client Support Specialists to join our fully remote, mission-driven team. This role centers on client education, relationship-building, and ongoing support. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting. Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom Guide clients through personalized supplemental benefit options Support individuals and families through the enrollment process Maintain accurate and organized digital records Deliver professional, client-first communication and follow-up Participate in ongoing mentorship, development sessions, and team training Build long-term relationships that foster trust and retention

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital platforms
  • Passion for service-driven work and helping others
  • Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop with webcam
