- Active and unencumbered RN license (compact preferred).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Public Health or Clinical Informatics preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in implementation, project-based initiatives, or clinical workflow transformation.
- Experience managing direct reports and driving team adoption of new technologies and workflows.
- Proven ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements and operational processes.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems, business tools, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, PDSA, CQI).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a focus on driving outcomes and maintaining high standards.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change management, and remote work coordination.
