Job Description

This role involves advancing medical innovations and creating impactful solutions within our operational scope. You will collaborate closely with our diverse team to ensure ethical selling practices and drive sales growth. Identify targets and execute selling strategies based on company direction. Drive sales growth by deriving best practices for targeting and reimbursement. Contribute key learnings to demonstrate understanding of marketplace opportunities. Utilize corporate literature and scientific data for customer presentations. Provide detailed reporting of sales activities and territory forecasts. Maintain industry product knowledge and updates. Ensure compliance with guidelines and ethical standards. Assist in training and mentorship for Area Managers.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience required.
  • 5+ years in medical device, biotechnology, or tissue biologics preferred.
  • Experience in O.R./Surgical/VAC submissions required.
  • Familiarity with skin substitutes is preferred.
  • Previous experience in startup and mid-sized companies is a plus.
