Job Requirements
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and corporate finance principles.
- Experience with Planful and NetSuite for financial planning and ERP processes.
- Expertise in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Familiarity with BI tools and financial planning software.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with SaaS and/or subscription-based business models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related financial analysis roles.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
- Familiarity with treasury operations and capital structure planning.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior analysts.
- Experience with an exit or liquidity event, including financial modeling and scenario planning for M&A or IPO processes.
