Job Description

This position is pivotal in driving financial strategy across the Americas region. Your expertise will provide critical guidance for operational excellence and financial oversight, facilitating enhanced productivity and compliance. You will champion financial planning and ensure effective management across multiple manufacturing plants. Provide financial leadership for AMER Operations. Act as the financial steward, offering analysis and recommendations to senior management. Supervise the financial management of three manufacturing plants ensuring alignment with targets. Develop clear financial strategies to support regional operational excellence. Drive productivity and cost-efficiency in partnership with operations. Measure and report on productivity KPIs and cost-saving initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance operations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management within manufacturing.
