Job Description

This role is responsible for leading national and subnational analytics to drive insights that support the launch and commercial success of a key product in the healthcare space. Design and maintain reporting infrastructure Develop dashboards and KPIs Provide actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders Leverage advanced analytics, AI/ML, and market data to optimize customer targeting, promotional strategies, and omnichannel engagement Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams Manage external vendors This is a fully remote role with occasional travel, offering the opportunity to influence commercial strategy in a mission-driven environment. Lead the development and management of national and subnational data analytics and insights to monitor product performance Build and maintain a customer data warehouse and reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to incorporate commercial, medical, and market access insights into analytics outputs Apply advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and statistical techniques to optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and marketing effectiveness Evaluate and integrate multiple data sources, including claims, EHR, Rx, and sales audits, to support decision-making Oversee external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of analytics projects Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science while ensuring compliance with ethical standards

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial analytics within pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies in the U.S.
  • Strong expertise with U.S. market data sources, including claims, EHR, Rx, and payer coverage
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as PowerBI/Fabric and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Experience managing multiple analytics vendors and cross-functional projects
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical market, particularly in general medicine, cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease areas; ex-US market knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to leverage analytics for customer targeting, segmentation, promotional optimization, and patient journey insights
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
