This role is responsible for leading national and subnational analytics to drive insights that support the launch and commercial success of a key product in the healthcare space. Lead the development and management of national and subnational data analytics and insights to monitor product performance Build and maintain a customer data warehouse and reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to incorporate commercial, medical, and market access insights into analytics outputs Apply advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and statistical techniques to optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and marketing effectiveness Evaluate and integrate multiple data sources, including claims, EHR, Rx, and sales audits, to support decision-making Oversee external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of analytics projects Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science while ensuring compliance with ethical standards
