Job Description
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in health informatics, information systems, business, project management, Implementation Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other relevant software tools
- Demonstrated ability to effectively delegate tasks, provide guidance, and promote a positive team environment
- Experience in stakeholder management and building productive relationships with team members from various departments, companies, or disciplines
- Motivated, hard-working self-starter who is organized, consistent, persistent, and able to achieve results and develop solution options for program issues independently
- Preferences
- Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar healthcare organizations
- Have experience managing programs, particularly healthcare, at VA OR Have experience in a commercial setting in the management or development of digital health products and/or programs
- Familiarity with VA systems, processes, and regulations
- Salary Range
- $85,000.00 to $125,000.00
