Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to recruit, develop, and manage a team of remote life insurance professionals. This role combines sales leadership, coaching, and performance management and is well suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are passionate about developing others. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team performance, maintaining high standards of client service, and supporting continued growth through effective leadership and strategy. Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within life insurance or financial services
  • Strong sales background with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a fully remote team
  • Organized, self-motivated, and performance-focused
