This is a full-time (40 hours per week) remote position. As a PMHNP at Affect, you will lead member care alongside counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers. You’ll provide evidence-based treatment for individuals living with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions in a fully virtual setting. We prescribe Suboxone for the treatment of Opioid Use Disorder and do not prescribe other controlled substances. Affect provides extensive training in evidence-based treatment approaches, while clinical decision-making remains at the provider’s discretion in collaboration with the member. An active, unrestricted Oregon license is required. Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations Diagnose and treat substance use and mental health conditions Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate Complete timely documentation in our EHR (Healthie) Collaborate with your care team and attend scheduled team meetings
