Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices.
- Ability to work CST hours (9am or 10am CST start time).
- Direct patient experience in maternal health or mental health care.
- Experience in high call volume or high volume patient interaction roles.
