Job Description

This role involves supporting prospective patients into care through outreach, engagement, and free consultation calls. Conduct 20-minute phone consults with prospective patients for 15-17 hours/week, which involve: Screening them for fit with our care model Normalizing what they are experiencing Explaining how therapy works Answering questions Checking their insurance eligibility Signing them up for the platform Screening them for fit with our care model Normalizing what they are experiencing Explaining how therapy works Answering questions Checking their insurance eligibility Signing them up for the platform Manage prospective patient intake phone and text lines, engaging patients and scheduling them for their phone consult. Manage patient outreach initiatives including call, SMS, and email. Assist patients with intake form completion. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our CRM, Hubspot, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations. Monitor conversion rates and engagement metrics. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and organizational changes. Propose updates to key processes as needed to maintain them.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices.
  • Ability to work CST hours (9am or 10am CST start time).
  • Direct patient experience in maternal health or mental health care.
  • Experience in high call volume or high volume patient interaction roles.
