- 5+ years of proven experience managing paid digital campaigns with measurable conversion and ROI impact.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, and similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (MOps, RevOps, Data, Creative).
- Growth mindset, adaptability to evolving market conditions, and ability to leverage emerging technologies.
- Experience using AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, performance, or insights is highly desirable.
