Job Description

This role is a high-impact position for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will own end-to-end management of paid digital campaigns across major platforms, translating performance insights into actionable strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Beyond tactical execution, you will define attribution frameworks, optimize budget allocation, and partner with internal teams to ensure paid marketing contributes efficiently to business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to shape long-term measurement strategies, influence cross-functional marketing decisions, and participate in the evolution of a high-performing, collaborative team. Remote work flexibility and a path toward team leadership make this role both strategic and hands-on. Manage full-funnel paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok for both domestic and international audiences. Partner with Marketing Operations (MOps) and Revenue Operations (RevOps) to connect paid efforts to revenue outcomes and optimize downstream conversion. Build and maintain the central reporting framework for paid performance, including ROAS, CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel efficiency metrics. Translate campaign data into strategic recommendations for budget allocation, creative direction, and channel mix. Design and execute A/B tests for creative, messaging, audience targeting, offers, and landing page variations. Collaborate with external agencies to implement and operationalize attribution models, ensuring accurate touchpoint tracking, funnel crediting, and lift testing. Identify tracking gaps across the funnel and partner with data teams to maintain measurement accuracy. Contribute to team design, hiring, and long-term growth strategies for the paid marketing function.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing paid digital campaigns with measurable conversion and ROI impact.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, and similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (MOps, RevOps, Data, Creative).
  • Growth mindset, adaptability to evolving market conditions, and ability to leverage emerging technologies.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, performance, or insights is highly desirable.
