Job Description

Executive Home care of Fairfax are seeking an experienced Home Care Operations Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operational tasks for a growing private-duty, non-skilled home care agency. Manage caregiver schedules and shift coverage Handle call-outs and last-minute changes Maintain accurate scheduling records Assist with caregiver recruitment and onboarding Conduct phone screenings Track compliance documents and certifications Respond to inquiries from prospective clients Schedule and support intake assessments Maintain client files and documentation Assist with office organization and coordination Support leadership with operational tasks Help improve systems and processes as we grow This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of scheduling and/or health care preferred
  • Requires proficiency in word processing and computer skills
  • Must possess above-average human relations, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills are necessary
