Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in strategy, analytics, growth, consulting, operations, or similar high-performance environments.
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity and structure complex, open-ended problems.
- Strong business acumen — you understand how funnels, unit economics, and incentives work.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel; able to independently extract and analyze raw data.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation, analytical copilots) to accelerate and expand your impact.
- Clear and confident communicator who can translate complex analysis into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and accountability.
- Experience in performance marketing, insurance, healthcare, fintech, or regulated marketplaces is a plus but not required.
- You will not wait for perfect requirements — you will help define them.
- You will think in terms of outcomes, not dashboards.
- You will move fluidly between analysis, strategy, and execution.
- You will use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty.
