Job Description

Are you motivated by turning inbound interest into real sales opportunities — and getting rewarded for it? At Keycafe, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Canada to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers across the United States and Canada, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth for our global SaaS/IoT platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys engaging with decision-makers, and consistently meets or exceeds quotas. Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email Make follow-up calls to warm prospects across the US and Canada Qualify inbound inquiries and assess business fit Navigate organizations to identify decision-makers Present Keycafe’s value proposition clearly and confidently Craft persuasive follow-up emails that drive engagement Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience in sales (B2B preferred)
  • Experience qualifying prospects and meeting sales quotas
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Strong phone presence and confidence handling inbound inquiries
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting platforms
  • Experience selling into industries such as hospitality, property management, or fleet/logistics
