This role involves developing UX and UI solutions for D&D Beyond with a strong understanding of product design, systems design, UI style, layout, typography, color, usability, and interaction design. Scope plan and deliver design projects independently. Proactively identify, communicate and solve issues impacting the quality of work. Deliver appropriate level of design artifacts for the team (e.g., strategy articulation and alignment frameworks, discovery/research results, journey maps, flows, wireframes, high fidelity comps, style guides, etc). Break down experiences thoughtfully with product and engineering for teams to ship value incrementally, making intentional trade-offs that are grounded in a clear perspective.
