About the Role As the Director of Engineering, Enterprise Platform, reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, Enterprise Platform, you will lead a team of approximately 40 engineers responsible for the core services and innovation driving the Atlas Platform. You will define and execute the technical strategy and architecture for scalable, externally facing platform components, directly impacting SailPoint's ability to deliver real-time access intelligence, policy automation, and extensibility at scale. Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams building core platform components: identity services, knowledge graphs, workflow engines, and data pipelines. Define and evolve platform architecture for scalability, reliability, and extensibility. Champion API-first and developer platform strategies, empowering our developer and partner ecosystem. Drive execution across microservices, GraphQL APIs, event-driven pipelines, and AI/ML-integrated services. Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Field teams to deliver impactful solutions.
