- 3+ years of experience as a trainer, coach, or people operations professional
- Proven success in building training plans and development programs
- Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills
- Experience creating systems and processes from scratch
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting people metrics
- Passion for leadership, development, and empowering others to succeed
- Background in marketing, operations, or organizational development (Nice to Have)
- Experience with employee lifecycle management (onboarding → retention) (Nice to Have)
