As a Master Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud and advanced AI technologies, including Agentforce. Your expertise will be vital in delivering efficient solutions that enhance our clients' experience. Work closely with US-based clients to understand their Service Cloud needs and provide strategic guidance on best practices and out-of-the-box solutions. Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to align with the client's business processes and requirements, integrating AI capabilities where applicable. Ensure all modifications are thoroughly documented to maintain a comprehensive repository and SOP guides for the sustaining team. Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to extend Service Cloud functionality. Ensure seamless integration between Service Cloud and other Salesforce clouds or external systems. Troubleshoot and resolve Service Cloud issues, providing timely and effective support. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and Service Cloud updates to leverage new features and functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices while mentoring junior developers and sharing expertise in advanced Salesforce features. Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication. Engage with stakeholders, elicit business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
