Job Description
Job Requirements
- Have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral health sciences from an accredited college or university, and on track to obtain clinical licensure to practice in their designated field.
- Have a Maine-issued clinical license to practice as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Required experience with completing bio-psychosocial/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical progress notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable appropriate boundaries with clients and engage in ethical practice.
- Organized and reliable, including the ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage and own client portfolio with Supervisor/Clinic Director's oversight.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base demonstrating compassion and acceptance.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment that values humor and authenticity.
- A passion for de-stigmatizing mental health and willingness to support efforts through community involvement.
- Willingness to be completely transparent and genuine with a dab of levity and dollop of passion and enthusiasm!
