• Define and lead the vision for new features to solve customer problems and strengthen our paid value proposition in the market. • Improve our existing paid membership by paying close attention to customer feedback and product analytics on an ongoing basis. • Lead product development, coordinating with engineering, design, and business teams to develop new features, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery of value to our customers. • Oversee integration efforts, managing partnerships and technical integrations with internal and external platforms to expand product capabilities. • Enhance internal processes, improving tools, workflows, and automation to support efficient product operations and partner needs. • Collaborate with partners, partnering with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and other teams to support go-to-market strategies and ensure regulatory adherence. • Guide innovation and scalability, identifying opportunities to implement new technologies, automation, and processes that promote customer satisfaction and retention, product growth and efficiency.
