• Performs access reviews, role provisioning, and supporting implemented Identity and Access Management systems • Supports basic troubleshooting and coordinates with helpdesk to resolve user and system access issues • Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting • Participates in the ongoing technical development and deployment of the IAM program • Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, protocols, and standards • Designs, builds, implements, and deploys high availability solutions for large projects
