- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering training solutions across multiple modalities, with demonstrated measurable business impact.
- Proven expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM), adult learning theory, and learning science principles.
- Advanced proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise), LMS platforms, and virtual facilitation tools.
- Experience consulting with senior leadership and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex timelines.
- Data literacy and analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with the ability to strategically apply AI tools and critically evaluate outputs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or related field preferred; relevant certifications (ATD, CPTD, instructional design credentials) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, with strong ownership and accountability.
