Description About the Role NinjaOne is scaling rapidly across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, and Salesforce sits at the center of how our GTM teams execute. We're hiring a Salesforce Solutions Manager to join our Sales Systems team in a high-impact role responsible for hands-on solution design as well as technical leadership, mentorship, and execution oversight across our sales technology ecosystem. In this role, you'll partner closely with executive leadership to translate defined business requirements and system strategy into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with GTM Operations teams, and end users to ensure solutions are intuitive, efficient, and drive productivity across the revenue organization. About You 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in high-growth environments required Deep expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, custom metadata, security model) required Demonstrated experience acting as a senior technical lead or architect within a Salesforce team Strong ability to balance hands-on work with mentoring and delegation Clear communicator able to work effectively with Ops leaders and end users Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder, Architect paths) preferred Familiarity with DealHub CPQ, Workato , LeanData , Chili Piper, Salesloft , or similar tech stacks Experience operating in fast-changing, scaling SaaS environments supporting complex GTM motions About Us NinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for more than 35,000 customers in 140+ countries .
