Job Requirements
- 6–8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Experience owning feature delivery and roadmap execution within a defined product domain.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle concepts (claims, denials, payer contracts, payment integrity, financial workflows) strongly preferred.
- Experience working in data-intensive or analytics-driven products; exposure to AI/ML-enabled solutions is a plus.
- Strong ability to develop clear product requirements and work collaboratively within Agile development environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex workflows, identify user needs, and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Experience working with data tools (SQL, Excel, BI platforms) to evaluate product performance is preferred.
