• Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project • Responsible for managing the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds Company commitments • Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager • Key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met • Manages the Project Budget and understands and can execute the management of the Contract delivery type - Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement • Manages and understands the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements • Oversees the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs • Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones • Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations • Oversee the Project Team in establishment of the site utilization plan with a focus on cleanliness, access control and overall safety of our employees, client personal and public • Ensures accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing current information from the Job Management and Accounting Platforms • Ensures the implementation of the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan, including proper documentation to the client and all Subcontractors / Vendors • Ensures the Change Management process on the project from RFI Affect Letters, Drawing Revisions, and Client Directives from issuance to resolution is maintained and executed with accuracy and timeliness • Communicates and manages mitigations plans for all Risk Log items with project leadership • Works seamlessly with the leadership of all divisions • Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client, ensuring a predictable outcome in alignment with the Client and the Companies energy goals • Participates in industry organizations and looks for opportunities to be involved with the community to promote the company and its goals • Manages and develops all Project Managers
