• Provide direction and support to the ERP team serving manufacturing and finance functions. • Work closely with operations, production, IT, and accounting leaders to align technology with business priorities. • Drive the intake, assessment, and prioritization of system requests from concept through implementation. • Ensure system updates follow a structured approach, including testing, documentation, and controlled deployment. • Oversee improvements related to shop floor management, inventory control, RF barcoding, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). • Oversee ERP change management and release processes. • Assess business cases for manufacturing technology initiatives, including scope, cost considerations, and implementation approach. • Act as a strategic IT partner to improve workflows, increase automation, and enhance shop floor system capabilities. • Provide oversight for integrations between ERP and connected platforms such as MES and middleware solutions. • Contribute to long-term planning and readiness efforts for a future ERP modernization or cloud transition
