Job Description
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Pantheon’s platform, aligned with company goals.
• Own the platform roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements that deliver maximum value to customers and the business.
• Lead competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and keep Pantheon at the forefront of WebOps innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on product priorities and initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering professional growth and developing future leaders.
• Establish best practices for product management, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution across all teams.
• Inspire the team to think big, take calculated risks, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
• Measure product performance and success, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the platform meets the highest standards of scalability, reliability, and security.
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy and decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Act as a champion for Pantheon’s platform, evangelizing its value internally and externally.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of product management experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles within SaaS or PaaS organizations.
- Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy at scale, delivering impactful results.
- Deep technical expertise, with a solid understanding of platform architecture and web technologies.
- Experience building and managing high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Data-driven decision-making approach, with a strong grasp of analytics and performance metrics.
