Job Requirements
- Five (5) years of professional experience in the information technology business analysis and system implementation roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- A criminal background and credit history check will be conducted on the selected candidate prior to appointment and will be a significant factor in the hiring decision.
- This position requires completion of a pre-employment Medical History Form to assess your ability to perform the essential duties of the role safely.

- Proven track record leading enterprise-level technology initiatives across multiple stakeholders and divisions, ensuring strategic alignment and on-time delivery.
- Expert in business analysis and system design, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Extensive hands-on experience in system implementation, encompassing configuration, integration, testing, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment.
- Strong background in business process evaluation and optimization, with the ability to assess workflows and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills for engaging stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams, and adapting to evolving technologies and priorities.
