Job Description
• Own the end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion within the Small Market segment
• Build, launch, and optimize email, SMS, landing pages, nurture programs, and e-commerce experiences using marketing automation and AI-enabled tools
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure strong lead flow, accurate attribution, and alignment with go-to-market priorities
• Coordinate paid media, SEO, and digital initiatives with external vendors to generate consistent, qualified pipeline
• Track and optimize performance across channels, using data to improve conversion rates, pipeline contribution, expansion revenue, and ROI
• Use AI and automation to streamline campaign workflows, reduce manual effort, and create scalable efficiencies across marketing operations
• Manage campaign timelines, asset coordination, and cross-functional execution
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels with a focus on pipeline contribution and revenue impact
• Monitor KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, pipeline influence, expansion revenue, and ROI
• Serve as the primary marketing point-of-contact for Small Market Sales and Customer Success
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience managing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve marketing performance, workflow efficiency, content quality, or decision-making
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive optimization
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing paid media or vendor relationships directly
- Experience contributing to revenue forecasting and pipeline modeling
- Experience supporting SMB market segments is a plus
